The contents are divided into seven chapters plus a final test. They were created by our data protection consultants who have many years of practical experience – and all GDPR compliance.
We communicate the topic of data protection to your employees in the form of texts, graphics, questions and many practical examples. For the fun factor, there are memory games and funny data protection cartoons.
The training is currently available in 9 languages (English, German, Danish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish) at no extra charge.

Once you have booked our online training course, we will send you your login details, which will be valid immediately unless you have chosen a different desired starting date.
Important: All participants use the same access code and enter their name and email address at the end (after passing the final test). This information is used to provide the training certificate via e-mail.
Our recommendation: Ask your employees to hand in the certificate, e.g. to the HR department. It can be stored in their personnel file as proof of training.
You will receive an invoice for the number of participants you have booked for the first period of use (12 months). Shortly before the auto-renewal (every 12 Months) we will check the number of actual participants. Any additional participants are charged at the same rate. Once the training auto-renews, we charge at minimum one participant per period.
This means new employees can easily be trained on the topic of data protection immediately.
This depends on an individuals reading speed. The training can usually be completed in approximately 30-45 minutes.
The training is valid for a period of 12 months. It is automatically renewed for another 12 months unless canceled at least 14 days before the end of the current 12-month period.

Participant management is not included in our standard training, but can be booked at additional charge.

Our tip: Ask the participants to hand in their certificate to the HR department. Then you have an overview and can file the certificate in the personnel file as proof.
Participants receive a PDF certificate after successfully completing the final test.
To use the online data protection training, all you need is an internet-enabled device with a current browser. No installation on your systems is required.
Note: Use on mobile devices is possible, but we do not recommend it due to the small screen size.
